I work flexibility with schools to offer the services they need. A school can buy in my services for individual assessment, or for a specific number of days for the duration of the academic year. I will work closely with your Special Educational Needs and Disability Coordinator and Head Teacher to discuss the best way for each school to get the most from my time depending on their individual needs. I offer a range of individual, group, whole-class and systems work, as well as training and supervision.

TRAINING

Training allows EPs to support others in linking research and psychological theory with practice. I offer a range of informative, engaging and interactive training packages to school for in-service training days, or I can do shorter sessions to fit with after school meetings. I can also run ‘twilight’ sessions on request, which can be opened up to parents and carers. Please contact me with your requirements.

“A huge thank you for your coaching session today. It made a real difference to my mind set and the meeting (with parents) ended up being positive. I really appreciate it.”
— Deputy Head Teacher

SUPERVISION

I can offer supervision to members of staff at an individual or group level. Supervision is the process by which a trained professional helps another person to learn and develop professionally through engaging in a process of review and reflection on their work.

“I didn’t really understand how an EP could support us before. You always listen to us and make sure any actions are possible for staff and relevant to our students. I like it that you help us think about how to implement the actions you recommend and what they look like practically”
— Class Teacher
