I offer a wide range of evidenced-informed interventions for children who need some more therapeutic input over time (typically 6-8 weeks). This tends to be if a young person is experiencing difficulties in relation to their emotional wellbeing, for example, high anxiety, or low self-esteem. I work from a ‘positive psychology’ framework, which means I always employ a skills-based approach, i.e., working on the child’s strengths and building on their current skills.
